At Zahriya, we take pride in ensuring that every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To request a return, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds or Replacements
After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, if available, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
