Return Policy

We want you to love your Zahriya purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition with tags attached
Free from perfume, makeup, or any other stains

Please Note: This return policy applies to clothing only. Hijabs and other personal wear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@zahriya.ca with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour or style, please contact us at support@zahriya.ca and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
