At Zahriya, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD within Canada, and free standard shipping on orders over $200 USD in the USA. For orders under $150 CAD (Canada) or $200 USD (USA), shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

U.S. Duties & Tariffs

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees imposed by U.S. Customs or other government authorities.

These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Zahriya is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs fees, taxes, or additional charges incurred upon delivery.

If a customer refuses to pay the applicable duties, tariffs, or customs fees and the package is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or related fees incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping orders are estimated to be delivered within 1-2 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Zahriya is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
